These terms are an agreement between you and NTOMA APP ("we", "us"), which operates Ntoma, an online service for tailoring businesses to manage clients, measurements, orders, bookings and payments. By creating a shop or using Ntoma, you agree to these terms. If you use Ntoma on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept them for that business.
1. Your account and team
- You must give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- The shop owner decides who joins the shop and with which role (owner, manager or staff), and is responsible for their use of the shop.
- Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
2. Free trial
- New shops get a free trial of 14 days. No payment details are needed to start.
- When the trial ends without payment, the shop becomes read-only: you can still view and export your information, but you cannot add or change records until you pay. Your public booking and order-tracking pages keep working.
- Demo shops opened with "Live demo" are for trying Ntoma only and are deleted automatically after 3 days.
3. Fees and payment
- After the trial, Ntoma costs a one-time setup fee, which includes the first year, followed by a yearly renewal fee. The current prices are shown on your Billing page before you pay.
- Payment is made by Mobile Money or bank transfer to the details on your Billing page, using your shop's reference. Your shop is activated (or renewed for one year) once we have confirmed the payment.
- Fees are not refundable except where the law requires, or where we end the service under section 8 without cause, in which case we will refund the unused part of your current year.
- We may change prices for future periods. We will tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you.
4. Your data and your customers' data
- You own the information you put into Ntoma, including your customers' names, contact details, measurements, orders and payment records.
- For your customers' information, your business decides why and how it is used (you are the data controller) and we process it on your behalf to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to collect it and for telling your customers how you use it.
- We use your information only to provide, secure, support and improve Ntoma, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it.
- You can export your records at any time while your account exists.
5. Messages you send
Ntoma prepares WhatsApp messages and links for you, but they are sent from your own WhatsApp account, by you. You are responsible for their content and for messaging only people who expect to hear from you.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Ntoma to:
- break the law, or store information you have no right to hold;
- send spam, or harass or deceive anyone;
- try to access another shop's information, test or bypass our security, or disrupt the service;
- resell or copy the service without our written permission.
7. Availability and backups
We work to keep Ntoma available and back it up every night, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may need short maintenance breaks, and we will try to schedule them outside working hours.
8. Ending the service
- You can stop using Ntoma at any time and ask us to delete your shop by writing to [email protected].
- We may suspend or close a shop that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, after warning you where reasonable.
- If a shop stays unpaid for 60 days after its trial or yearly period ends, we may delete it. We will warn the owner before we do.
- Deleted information is removed from our backups within 30 days.
9. Liability
Ntoma is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell shop owners at least 30 days before it applies.
11. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction.
